Achieved highest profitability of all MGM Resorts properties for Hotel RevPAR, the ‘O’ show, Spa, Salon, Pool, and Minibar Operations.Responsible for the completion of over $100M in capital projects, including guestroom renovations, suiterefurbishments, executive suite lounge, and private pool area.Executed initiatives that decreased operating costs by over $15M through staff reductions and operating expense cutbacks, enhancing EBITDA.

Held senior management positions throughout a dynamic tenure culminating with appointment to Senior Vice President of Hotel & Casino Operations, responsible for day-to-day operations of sales & marketing, table games, slot operations, entertainment, engineering, retail operations, and special events for a property with 1,874 rooms and 100,000 square feet of convention space.Increased property EBITDA from $9.8M in 1998 to $38.9M in 2005.
