Operations Maintenance Coordinator (OMC) (11/18-Present)• Assesses Maintenance Work Requests for value and completeness as well as value-added to the business.• Meets with schedulers, planners, and operations shift crews daily and attends morning meetings to discuss maintenance plans and potential hazards associated with maintenance activity. As well as serve as a resource for proper workflow communication. • Researches all work orders, i.e., prioritizes and tracks safety and HOPs, manages TA list, backlog reassessment of value.• Drives successful integration of operations and maintenance work processes and ensures successful handoffs between operations and maintenance.• Works closely with Planning Group to prioritize work, ensures highest priority/ value jobs are planned in a timely manner, and manage the MOC steps through the work progress.• Approves expediting and overtime requirements to ensure jobs will be completed in time to meet the needs of the plant.• Participates and supports RCA efforts to determine and resolve root causes of breakdowns in the operations work process, in the handoffs with other work processes and in operations’ preparations for maintenance activity.• Makes scheduling decisions that pro-actively manage the operations maintenance controllable budget.

(HR) Operations Training Coordinator Aromatics/Boiler (6/16-11/18)• Oversee all aspects of Training for Aromatics/Boilers (New Hire, New Job, Refresher, and Cross). • Handle all aspects of operations procedures from updating red-lined procedures to re-writing and/or updating procedures thru the MOC process.• Regularly attend HSE’s and PSSR’s as well as numerous other safety meetings. • Initiate NOC’s thru eSOMS for post start-up operator awareness and handle face to face training for pre-start-up MOC items with an L&D roster sheet.• Help with operations work regular shift scheduling as well as special scheduling.

Process Safety Coordinator (10/15-6/16) • Work day to day with all 14 Elements of PSM. • Participate in JH&S meetings.• Incident Investigations as well as our Incident Investigation Review Team.• Help lead our site effort in lowering our Critical Safety Audit Incident rate.• Helped lead our site in starting up the inaugural Contractor Safety Committee. • Work with our EH&S department in developing safety training for personnel.• Attended and was certified in OSHA 511 (1910 General Industry) training.• I was also asked to be on the CPC VPP Coordinators Network Team.
