Responsibilities include the interpretation of user requirements, systems analysis, design, Testing and application support.Main areas of Responsibility;Identifying User Requirements and creating, modifying or adapting designs accordinglyProviding support and advice in relation to system capabilities and processesSupporting End-User Training/WorkshopsAdapting and maintaining all the configuration settings of the Oracle System eg:setting up of Menus, Responsibilities, Requests Sets, Security Profiles, Value sets,flex fields, OAF and core form personalisations, Workflow query resolution, alert and notification management, Updating, amending, testing and documenting the standing data upon which the Oracle System operates eg: Element Definition, Element links, Payroll Formulae and Formula Results.Providing support in the investigation of technical problems determining underlying causes and identifying short and long-term solutions.Monitoring Oracle Family Pack releases, patches and upgrades, working with ICT in the impact analysis and implementation planningDevelop, test and implement Oracle functional changes, in accordance with internal change control processes (ITIL standards) ensuring compliance with SLA'sEnsuring compliance to agreed business rules Show less
