• Develop and execute procedures for the checkout and integration of Crew and Cargo Dragon flight hardware and ground support equipment • Responsible for enabling day-to-day execution of the vehicle integration and test flow • Develop and refine manufacturing assembly procedures based on lessons learned to mature status • Design high-level vehicle integration architecture including build flow and test concept of operations • Manage work orders and the driving of non-conformances into actionable items and system improvements • Design and develop tools and hardware to enable vehicle assembly and ensure vehicle testing abilities • Help develop, build and maintain Dragon and crew processing facilities • Closely collaborate with engineering staff from other departments and highly skilled technicians on a daily basis • Work with a government or commercial customer on pre- and post- flight preparations for human spaceflight • Manage and track multiple priorities while maintaining a focus towards common project goals

Create work instructions to assemble, modify, and fabricate various parts for different KSC projects with a primary focus on ground support equipment. Utilize the following shops to manufacture hardware for work requests: sheetmetal, machine, pneumatics, paint, and assembly. Identify lead time for raw materials and assist in procurement to preserve project schedules. Estimate manufacturing/shop processing time for a variety of parts and assemblies for planning and scheduling purposes. Coordinate manufacturing activities with shop floor and outside vendors.

Engine build, instrumentation, test and teardown operations on test vehicles. Responsibilities include assist Lead Test Engineers, providing technical direction and daily task coordination, cross Functional Team leadership, troubleshooting, assembly floor and test stand Assembly/disassembly direction, report writing, test monitoring, instrumentation and engine hardware management.

Write work instructions to build production gas turbine engines (GTE's) such as: NEO, JSF, and APU. Optimize the process by designing and implementing new tooling for building GTE's. Read drawings from Doc Access and Teamcenter to implement instructions into assembly floor sheets (AFS's). Figure out alternate methods for increasing efficiency and productivity of GTE's.

Design using: Unigraphics, AutoCAD, Solid Works, and Teamcenter. Airframe and nacelle design, modifications and retro-fits
