Engineer over machining operations, including CNC machinery setups, all CNC programming via ESPRIT CAM software for mills and lathes, prototyping new customer parts on CNC mills/lathes, designing and manufacturing fixturing/work-holding solutions for customer parts, engineering solutions to generate better efficiency throughout the plant. CMM programming for new parts and revision changes. Interpreting GD&T drawings for Production Sample reports from the CMM. Responsible for tooling inventory system and ordering tooling based on job requirements. Generating AS9102's, PPAP's and First Article Inspections to meet customer needs. Updating and creating process flow charts and Process FMEA documents. Conducting gauge R&R tests. Manager of ISO 9001:2015 program. Scheduling production based on customer due dates and requirements for producing an efficient shop flow and communicating with plant operators to ensure the plant is operating at ideal efficiency. Actively filling the roles of Manufacturing Engineer as well as previously filling the roles of Quality Engineer/Manager.

Lead engineer over manufacturing process throughout the entire plant. Design and build components to make extrusion lines more efficient. Engineer solutions for custom extruded profiles per customer needs. Determine project specifications based on customer requirements and preparing cost estimates, design and manufacture tooling die for new extrusion projects utilizing CAD software and a wire EDM machine, monitor parts from extrusion process through cutting and splicing processes as needed. Actively ensure parts are made to custom specifications (within RMA tolerances) and provide solutions to correct out of spec parts.

Director of videography, lighting, production for television stations, webpage development and updating, media presentation, and imagery. Also, perform maintenance and repairs on any and all media equipment as needed, including cameras, lights (stationary and intelligent), audio mixer (analog and digital), lighting board, microphones, speakers, amplifiers, and computers.

Design and draft modular offices, mezzanines, exterior buildings, and exterior structures. Also, I was a part of the research and development engineering crew for new panel types, exterior guard booths, and new software. I had the experience of also constructing one of our exterior buildings for more knowledge of how to better design them.
