  I oversee service activities performed in store by managing dedicated Home Depot service teams and providing oversight to Factory teams. I supervise the work of a team of approximately 6-12 Merchandising Execution Area Supervisors (MEASs) and ultimately between 35-90 Merchandising Execution Associates (MEAs) within a multi-store district. These teams create an inviting shopping environment and enhance the customer experience by ensuring merchandising strategies are executed successfully, as directed by me the Merchandising Execution Manager and Store Support merchandising team. MEMs are responsible for hiring, training, organizing the work flow, and conducting performance reviews of MEASs and MEAs. MEMs are also responsible for hiring decsions and performance appraisals for MEASs and MEAs. I manage the team’s productivity, completion of assigned projects and product set maintenance according to quality standards. I manage the district’s HD Service budget, including overtime, payroll, and expenses. I also interface with Regional and District management and promote best in class service across stores in a district.
