- Working with multiple stakeholders across an evolving timeline, I was the Store manager of the opening team at the BIG W Grand Central in Toowoomba, Queensland. This involved training a brand new team of over 70 people, as well as developing numerous leaders who would run their own teams. This store was also a concept store and the first of its kind, which lead to developing the stores own unique procedures. - BIG W Grand Central was recognised as one of the top ten Voice of Team stores in Australia at the end of 2017 (employee feedback on place to work).
