Top Notch Basketball Club (TNBC) was created by Adrian Collins and Michael Drum to revitalize the culture of amateur basketball in Atlanta. ​In our basketball club of elite student athletes, we strive to create a proactive environment where goal setting and constant improvement is the focal point of each player and coach involved in our program. To meet our goal we stress purposeful individual skill building, strength and agility training, and on-court strategy to boost basketball IQ.In addition to the player development, we have implemented platforms into our system that allow our members to participate in AAU, USSSA, YBOA and USBA sanctioned tournaments and Showcase tournaments on the state and national level.

Mr. Drum is a managing principal of Ethos Capital Partners with investment experience in franchise and operating businesses and commercial real estate. Ethos is an Southeast based private equity fund focused on providing risk capital in a variety of securities to strong management teams and a proven revenue model. Mr. Drum began his career with Noble Investment Group, a private equity real estate investor with more than $2.5 billion in investments. He played a key role in the closing of the organization's institutional funds while also providing legal due diligence on acquisitions and dispositions, financial modeling, corporate compliance and investor reporting.
