RACS supports the ongoing development, maintenance of expertise and lifelong learning that accompanies the surgical practice of more than 8,300 surgeons and 1,300 surgical trainees and Specialist International Medical Graduates.Manage the digital transformation of a new Events Management system using the Marketing module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. The new system enables users to register for an Event (courses / exams / workshops) via a user portal and enables all event co-ordinators to manage their Events within one system.Managed the Fundraising and Donations transformation from a legacy system to the Fundraising module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. It enables users to donate to the Foundation of Surgery via a portal without having to first login and set up once-off or recurring donations. Donations are then integrated into Finance without intervention and Donation co-ordinators can manage their campaigns. Client relationship management with multiple key stakeholders within the college Vendor engagement management Define and manage project scope Deliver the project using a hybrid methodology with implementation build using Agile Scrum methodology Facilitate daily project stand ups and status updates with the project team and various departments and provide status reports and project updates in line with key stakeholders and PMO requirements Present project updates at steering committee meetings with project sponsor, senior management, and executives. Effective communication with vendors, key stakeholders, project team members and business users Assist with business change management activities Monitor and manage project schedule, resources, and budget Perform risk analysis, record, and manage issues and changes
