Responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with national corporate partners in Cold Storage and Property Management vertical markets. Schedule oversee the development of multiple roofing contracts at a time, and the deployment of outside sales reps to locations for contract negotiations. Create new roofing opportunities in potential undeveloped local markets throughout the US.

Responsible for generating new business development leads in local markets in Asheville NC, Richmond VA, and Baltimore MD. Maintain and develop relationships with current and new clients, and produce roof construction bids for customers.

Work with public and private schools throughout Maryland and Northern Virginia to assist with technological solutions to their teaching needs. This is done primarily through the use of Promethean and SAFE systems.

Install and repair 78' and 87' touch screen projector boards. Link boards with existing computers, ethernet, or wireless or install new networks. Work with Novell Netware Client 32-bit 4.1 Ensure security and maintenance of boards and network connections.

-Design lesson plans and curriculum that integrate varying technologies. -Network classrooms to the Heritage Center for web classes.-Familiarize myself then faculty and students with new devices and their application in a classroom environment.

-Help users with problems in the University computer labs. -Work with E-mail and the Internet. -Work various Window OS and Wintows NT-Ensure security in the labs.
