• Support completions build / integration for the S76D aircraft under the 14 CFR Part 145 Repair Station; support the production back shops (including upholstery and interiors, composites, fabrication, harness and paint) in direct support of aircraft completions for the S76D, S92A and S300 aircraft; and support production block upgrades for the CH148 helicopter program.• Create and maintain operation sheets / work instructions for assembly, installation and testing based on engineering designs, process procedures and customer specifications.• Plan and implement engineering changes.• Utilize ‘Solumina’, ‘SAP’ and ‘Matrix1’ software for ERP, build instruction and data management.• Participate as a member of the DRT (Discrepancy Review Team) to review documented discrepancies and determine root cause and corrective action.• Process and complete offloads to third-party vendors (due to capacity or manufacturing limitations).• Conduct Process Proofs to verify build instructions and to reduce discrepancies, time, and cost for manufacturing and assembly processes.• Generate rework instructions for noted discrepancies based on findings by QA.• Provide technical shop floor support to resolve build issues and help with drawing interpretation.• Work directly with aircraft technicians to improve manufacturing and repair processes; liaise with design engineering to request updates to improve manufacturability and reliability• Participate in Kaizen events to evaluate current system state and implement process improvements.
