In 1996, I successfully opened my own mortgage brokerage company, Apple Valley Mortgage, serving Yakima, Sunnyside, Cle Elum, and Ellensburg in Washington State. In 2010, we merged with Legacy Group Lending, and most recently, in 2022, I joined American Pacific Mortgage. This move has allowed me to leverage their robust mortgage platform and offer my clients a wide array of financing options.My expertise lies in various home mortgage types, residential lending, and construction financing throughout Washington State. Additionally, I specialize in reverse mortgages in Arizona, California, Oregon, and Washington. As more Baby Boomers approach retirement, reverse mortgages have become increasingly popular. My approach to lending is grounded in common sense, aiming to align with my clients' home financing goals and provide options that are well-suited for the current market. My mission statement has always been "I deliver mortgages, not promises." Throughout my years in the mortgage industry, I have learned that success hinges on exceptional service, which I am committed to providing.
