With a decade of experience in the electrical/solar field, I have developed a strong skillset of Solar & BESS system development, design and construction. I have passion for this line of work as I believe it's essential to transition our energy production to renewable sources. With a track record for excellent customer satisfaction, I have proven to win the graces of not only my clients, but my colleagues too. I consider my skillset to be ever evolving. I'm always looking for new ways to improve processes and workflow for my teams. I've been in leadership roles for the majority of my life. My subordinates have always counted on me for accurate guidance in any arena. My management style is that of a servant leader. My Job is to make sure my teams have everything in place to execute their tasks perfectly. One of my most recent accomplishments is the onboarding and process development for BESS sales, installation, and project management at Sugar Hollow Solar. In 2018 we began installing Battery Backup along side of PV installations. in 2022, BESS installations became 40% of our total revenue. My highlighted skill set includes but is not limited to: Solar Project Management, Solar & BESS Design, Project Development, Technical Sales Training and Consulting and Customer Service & Satisfaction.
