Mike is the Rocky Mountain Region industrial team lead that covers our PM's in the Denver, Phoenix and Salt Lake City based offices. He is a diverse and seasoned manager in our Intermountain West market and provides years of development, design, and construction management experience to the Mountain West team. With Mike’s 35 diverse years of experience nationally and internationally, he provides understanding in a wide range of industrial categories. He also brings commercial and life science experience to the table. He provides years of experience working with municipalities for entitlements and development approvals. He enjoys complex projects requiring sophisticated execution strategies and the challenge to complete projects on time and in budget. He oversees the entire lifecycle, in whole or part, of development projects from feasibility studies; due diligence efforts; entitlements; contracts and RFP’s; design, preconstruction and construction management; closeout; relocation and move management; industrial decommissioning.Project types include advanced and standard manufacturing facilities, life sciences, cleanroom production facilities, R&D facilities, warehouse and distribution tilt-up projects, tenant improvements, cold storage, food and beverage. He can represent the owner, developer, landlord or the tenant, based on the needs of the project. Mike has spent equal time in his career as a licensed design/build general contractor with emphasis on industrial/manufacturing and commercial projects. His other time has been as an owners representative agent in construction management for industrial and commercial projects. Mike’s many accomplishments with working as a general contractor and as an owner representative in project and construction management, makes him uniquely qualified to manage all scales and complexity of projects that range from $500K to $150M
