This approach is vital for the clients requirements to be implemented into the design and execution of the project. I spend a lot of my time procuring the right tradesmen to work for us, we only accept the highest levels of finish and professional attitudes towards work. A hands on site presence is also required daily ensuring plans are being adhered to, high quality workmanship is maintained throughout the build and time schedules are hit.
