Current*Investigate claims for legitimacy*Communicate with claimants, employers, witnesses, doctors, nurses, therapists, case managers, lawyers, pharmacy companies, translations companies, private investigators, billing managers, office managers, utilization management, bill review, intake department, human resources, ect.*Follow state regulations and keep up with changes to policy and procedure*Pay bills, set reserves for future charges, document in multiple systems*Management and maintenance of up to 200 claims at a time*Litigation via contested case hearings and benefit review conferences*Initiate income benefits and monitor lost time from work and impairment
