Job included the self development and training of company processes in preparation to fill an Assistant Store Manager or similar role when one became available in the market. After three months of training, I assisted in the holiday management of the Roseville Best Buy in a support role to the acting GM and ASM. In December of 2016 I became the temporary ASM in Stockton, CA for a period of six months where I worked with the GM to hire, train and implement a sales culture that had been missing previously.From July 2017 to January 2018 I had transitioned back to a support manager to the GM and ASM in the Roseville location.
