My responsibilities consist of:-Assisting in the assessment and prioritization of training needs across multiple business units.-Assisting in the recommendation of building or buying high priority training programs.-Facilitating all types of training, including technical training, soft skills training and management training. -Analyze, collect, monitor and evaluate training program data to determine ROI, effectiveness, relevance and quality of materials and content.-Collaborate with management, supervisors, and employees to ensure the effective creation and execution of learning content, competencies, programs and platforms in support of the company’s business plans. -Professionally package training documents including facilitator and student guides.-Administer ongoing maintenance of training material and training records as required.

My duties consist of planning routine maintenance events, including: Cabin Maintenance Visits (CMVs), Hard Time Cabin Items, Passenger Impact Checks (PICs), Deep Cleans, Water Disinfections & Samplings, Lavatory Soaks, IFE Assists, and Flooring Changes.Planning non-routine maintenance events, including: Cabin Maintenance Aircraftmodifications, Engineering EAs and AAs, Cabin MEL/ NEF Crews, and Work Packages for low audit aircraft and executive issues.

Airframe and Poweplant training.Avionics training and General Radiotelephone Operator’s License (GROL).

Duties: Responsible for a 40 students classroom, with 44 computers systems, Conducted training on Mission Command Systems used by Army Commanders on the battlefield, Cross trained on additional systems used by Commanders to include: FBCB2 Blue Force Tracking and Command Post of the Future (CPOF) C2 software systems, Utilized instructional guides to include practical exercises, lesson plans, visual aids, Program Of Instruction (POI) and examinations.

Duties: Served as Training/Developer for the Small Unmanned Ground Vehicle (SUGV) Training Team. Assisted in making changes to all system Job Aids and Technical Manuals (TM) as appropriate to execute Individual Key Personnel Training (IKPT), Tester Training, and New Equipment Training(NET). Develop the Field Maintenance Course for the SUGV, to Army AR 350-70 standards.Trained and Certified 13 personnel on the Maintenance Task on SUGV. Assisted in Training and Certifying 173 personnel on the SUGV Operators NET.Successfully updated training related documentation in support of BCTM activities weekly.

Duties: Instruct large groups of personnel on concepts, tactics techniques, and procedures for Improvised Explosive Device Defeat (IED-D)staff planning and route clearance operations in accordance with established Training and Programs of Instruction (POI); constructing and emplacing IED’s in accordance with current enemy and friendly tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs); developing and administering student exit surveys, instruction assessment forms, and practical exams; and participating in quarterly courseware evaluations of IED-D POIs. SME Instructor on C-IED Measures and Reacting to an IED attack. Taught over 3000 students on Basic Demolition and Combat Engineering Operations with a 97% success in all testing, Maintained 100% accountability of a Class V in support of 18 live-fire demolition ranges in a 12-month period.

Supervises in mine warfare demolitions and combat constructions operations, Calculated logistical requirements for minefields, bunkers, shelters obstacles and wire entanglements, Enforced safety standards , field sanitation, communication procedures, security and job specifications, Provided support for construction and tactical movements for maneuver task force. Supervised platoon/squad reconnaissance missions and determine the Rapid Field classification of fixed bridges (Route Clearance). Directs employment of the Armored Vehicle Launcher Bridge (AVLB), Volcano, and Armored Combat Earthmover (ACE).Deployed to Iraq in 2004-2005, Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF-2), Duties included conducting route clearance missions in Iraq, Deployed to Kosovo in 2002-2003, Operation Joint Endeavor. Duties included conducting mount and dismounted patrol missions.1994-2003 Combat Engineer Team Leader Duties: Performed duties in preceding skill level, supervised lower grade soldiers and provided technical guidance of the soldiers in the accomplishment of their duties.
