I volunteer as a Parish Councillor for Grassmoor, Hasland & Winsick, representing my constituents. I use my skills as a communicator, coordinator, administrator and analyst to enact and improve projects, outreach, local campaigns including online content creation, door to door leaflets and campaign advertising and • Listening to and understanding the views of people in my community• Analysing financial, legal and demographic information to make informed decisions over actions the local council will take, such as budget expenditure.• Being a community ambassador and representing the voice of my community whilst being considerate to specific minority needs• Sharing my skills and experiences as part of the team, participating in committees and contributing to working groups• Making decisions with the community in mind
