Executed go-live cut-over management through working meetings, issue tracking, training and follow up actions needed to complete the merger.- Led the engineering and operations teams for 2 power companies merge their processes into 1 integrated company. The teams reviewed 30 key business processes for the 2 functional areas during the merger. Creating post-merger to be business processes to ensure ongoing effective operations. The team created 20 new SOP's and training manuals including digital and hard copy material related to the processes as well as hands on training for 200+ employees.

Created and implemented tactical user defined low tech tools to bridge the gap between process improvements and long-term system design and go live.
