I’m responsible for maintaining and consistently improving DA-TECH’s relationships with designated customers. These customer-centric duties include: quoting, purchasing and scheduling of materials, as well as integrating these activities across multiple departments (manufacturing, quality and engineering) to ensure a smooth and timely completion of all customer projects. I also serve as liaison to effectively communicate program status, scheduling and engineering changes with customers.My other focus is building relationships with our vendors to meet customers needs and timelines. I have assisted in the implementation and maintenance of an automated MRP-Share program with several key suppliers. I also responsible for tactical buying for our two satellite companies in Delaware and West Virginia.

Responsible for all customer orders, from order entry through final shipment of product. Established a new production control department and assisted in the implementation of an automated MRP system. Promoted to production manager, with a staff of 2 supervisors and 40 assembly personnel.

In charge of all aspects of production control for 3 major product lines encompassing approximately 75 different assemblies and sub-assemblies.
