I have a wide Range of Skills from different Industries. I started in production processes in the Automotive Leather Industry as well as the Research & Development team which created one of the worlds first Chrome free leathers for Audi..In the early 2000's I moved into the Power Industry where I spent several years as a Boiler Cleaner doing High Pressure Water jetting , Vacuum loading ,& asbestos removal. This lead me into Construction were my main duty's was scaffolding ,and Rigging, I worked on jobs such as the West gate bridge and Victorian Desalination Project ,Even though I was good as a construction worker , I wasn't passionate about my job and I needed a new direction ,and it came when my eldest daughter started playing soccer at the local club and I became involved in junior soccer . The beautiful game (as it's called) ignited my passion for coaching , teaching and playing soccer , I am now a Soccer Academy Coach ,as well as a junior coach and coordinator at Korumburra City Soccer Club, I have a passion for expanding the involvement of kids into soccer as it becomes Australia's No1 game . Soccer is in a very exciting development stage and I want to be a part of that. I look forward to achieving a c licensed coaches certificate by the end of 2016 as I continue on this pathway and ,I am constantly rewarded by the players I coach as they preform above their own expectations ,I find i have the ability to connect with almost anyone on any level helps me to bring the best out in Players and people around me in soccer.
