Servant Leadership - I strive to be a leader who is continually looking for ways to serve, support, and encourage those who have chosen to follow me. I want to take the jobs that no one wants to take - to serve those around me. 5. Discovered Identity - I believe that each individual was created with unimaginable potential and worth and I believe that it's a calling on my life to help them not only discover that potential but to help them walk into the realization of that potential.
