Current• Devised corporate CRM strategy to integrate physician recruitment, contract management, customer account management, call/service center, portal, and mobile device support onto a single consolidated Salesforce.com platform. Negotiated first enterprise agreement with salesforce.com to integrate unlimited products and users onto the platform. • Spear-headed design and roll-out of Salesforce.com to support 60% of MedRisk’s enterprise capabilities. Heavily leveraged the benefits of PAAS and cloud-based computing to save on development costs and TCO of the application.• Created a mobile device strategy including iPad/iPhone applications and an expedited point of sale process. Devices are heavily used to support the MedRisk regional account management program and support a 360 view of customer using Salesforce.com and the cloud. The efficient, integrated nature of the strategy has created a 25% increase in sales in 2012.• Designed and executed the technology component of MedRisk’s global outsourcing strategy of call centers in Guatemala, Costa Rica, and back office support centers in India. Implemented cloud-based CRM systems to support efficient communication and work flow transitions between international and domestic groups.• Charged with identifying strategies to optimize internal/external workflows, establish client program redesigns to new revenue generation opportunities. The programs executed as a result of this initiative have resulted in $1MM in operational savings and $25MM in additional revenue annually.• Leveraged Microstrategy advanced dashboard visualization and predictive pattern recognition to create a true business intelligence suite for the MedRisk executive team, operational leadership, and Medrisk’s customer executives.• Organized and developed IT processes to support SAS 70 Type II, URAC HIPAA, and SAE 16 SOC 2 audits and certifications
