Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT) 2016 to presentACMT / ACiT certification provides the school district the opportunity of being both an Apple Macintosh as well as an Apple iOS Self Servicing Account facility(https://www.apple.com/support/programs/ssa/) providing and repair services in house for 3500 Apple MacBook Air laptops, iMac, Mac Mini desktops, Apple TVs & 3500 + iPad tablets.Provide technical & repair support for faculty, staff, and students throughout the district.Installation, maintenance and management of district’s computer, data and telecommunications network infrastructure and associated systems in accordance with district policy and standards.Assist in the management of the daily operations providing a 2nd tier of response and support to the field and bldg. level technologists.Repair, maintenance and support of computers, peripherals, network equipment and software to work effectively for various instructional needs.Servicing of all Apple computers including validation of coverage, troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair.Interface with Apple’s Global Service Exchange system (GSX) in the ordering and management of service related parts & products.Access online product information, training, repair procedures, troubleshooting, diagnostic tools, including Apple’s Technical Service Provider Support resources.Maintain comprehensive product information including disassembly, upgrade and repair procedures.Stay current with developments and advancements in computer technology including Apple's troubleshooting and testing tools, service bulletins, programs and policies.Support for Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, Server Remote management/support of Mac & PC environments.Configuration and deployment.
