Appointed as the first field intelligence officer (FIO) at LaGuardia Airport in 2011. Created new and innovative intelligence sharing environments at various classification levels tailored to diverse agency leaders and external stakeholders.Responsible for ensuring emergent transportation threat intelligence and terrorism development trends are rapidly analyzed and disseminated to airport senior leaders, TSA personnel, and stakeholders such as New York Police Department, DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis, US Secret Service, National Protection and Programs Directorate, Amtrak, Metro Transit Authority, NY/NJ Port Authority, and numerous other public/private organizations. Served as physical security and risk analysis advisory to the airport federal security director providing detailed analysis and inter-agency coordination before and during incident response.Established the DHS Enterprise Intelligence Exchange for NY and developed the "one-of-a-kind" Senior Executive Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Threat Briefing providing tailored analysis regarding terrorism and technology threat trends for all NYC area senior leaders and decision makers. Served as senior FIO and mentor to agency intelligence officers and analysts nationwide, nominated twice for the DHS LTG Hughes Award along with several other awards for incident response, special event support, team leadership, and intelligence production.

Served as senior team lead/program manager for American Systems Corporation (ASC) in support of US Army contracting officer and lab supervisor ensuring day-to-day execution of contract executables and performance metrics, and personnel issues.Managed the research, collection, and creation of products in support of ongoing US counter-terrorism operations that included: research of multiple intelligence databases using current and developing data-mining software on multiple systems; link, pattern, and time-event analysis on specific targets; and intelligence fusion and coordination with multiple agencies in the Intelligence Community focused on Weapons Technical Intelligence. Provided direct support to and liaison on behalf of US Army to the following agencies: Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA), FBI terrorist explosive device analysis center (TEDAC), US Army Research Lab (ARL), US Navy Research Laboratory (NRL), NSA counter-IED team, United State Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) J2X Office, Department of Energy (DOE) national labs and Kansas City Plant (KCP).

Served as agency subject matter expert concerning global missile threat issues frequently delivering reports and briefings to a variety of agency leaders, engineering teams, congressional staffers, and other stakeholders. Served as the Assistant Contracting Officer Representative (ACOR) for the agency's Scientific, Engineering and Technical Applications (SETA) contract, a $85 million dollar total contract structure involving daily and routine oversight of all contractor activities. Directly supervised a team of 15 analysts and IT personnel guiding the creation of routine intelligence products.Served as the first Program and Content Manager of the Missile Threat Portal, an innovative and first-of-its-kind intelligence portal that collated and housed Intelligence Community reporting and analysis of the global ballistic missile threat. Served as agency representative, information control officer, and portfolio manager for the Intelligence Community, Under Secretary of Defense's (AT&L) Missile Defense Executive Board, and several annual national and international conferences and other events. Prepared highly specialized all source intelligence products for agency senior leaders, engineers, and stakeholders for regular occurring including congressional testimony and during crisis operations. Served as special security representative and information assurance officer managing the daily physical and information security requirements for intelligence directorate's sensitive compartmented information facility.Provided routine travel intelligence briefings to senior leaders and other traveling personnel.

Senior Intelligence Analyst, Special Operations Command and Control Element Liaison Officer, Army Special Operations Task Force G-2, and Liaison Officer to National Ground Intelligence Center. As fusion analyst researched and developed multiple sourced intelligence products for Target Support Packages and Target Intelligence Packages. Developed, trained, and mentored personnel on implementation of Baghdad city zone assessment methodology and follow-on products for sectional and regional commanders in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF). Products integrated into daily reports and used by 90% of operational Special Forces elements in the Area of Responsibility (AOR).Designed and managed daily intelligence summary during OIF and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), integrating intelligence reports and incoming tactical messages from multiple operational elements support watch operations. Developed and provided unique travel intelligence products regarding the existing cultural, criminal, and terrorism concerns for special operations forces traveling throughout the Middle East, East Africa, and Central Asian regions. Has spent over two years deployed to the following countries: Kuwait, Kenya, Iraq, Jordan, and Uzbekistan. With extensive travel to the UK, Spain, Germany, and the Netherlands.
