Also responsible for all marketing activities including website, social media, and all communications.Fundraising• Overall: For fiscal 2023 and 2024 (ending June 30), raised combined funds of over $1.2 million through individual giving, events and grants.• Individual giving: In fiscal 2023, achieved second largest cumulative individual giving since fiscal 2017.• Events: In fiscal 2023, implemented strategy with CEO to solicit funding from corporate funders for 50th anniversary event, resulting in highest event revenue in 8 years and raising almost 50% of total sponsor and table purchases. In fiscal 2024, created series of high value donor events designed to strengthen bonds with most valuable donor segment, resulting in increasing interest and continued contributions.• Grants: In fiscal 2023 and 2024, increased the number of grants submitted during previous funding cycles from approximately ten to over thirty submissions. Fiscal 2024 is projected to be largest result since fiscal 2020.• Innovation: Drove competitive search for new fundraising software and oversaw transition and implementation of new system.Marketing• At request of CEO, assumed responsibility for all marketing activities, including monthly newsletter, website content and all marketing collateral.
