MSS had been awarded the contract to provide consulting services to Gold Fields, a leading gold producer that migrated from Oracle to SAP for three new sites.This project saw MSS working closely with its client to gather information about the systems it uses and to develop the business processes for materials management, plant maintenance and finance. The business processes defined based on specific roles within Gold Field's hierarchy and MSS has developed new training manuals for each of these roles.The project will see MSS delivering classroom training and one-on-one coaching to all Gold Fields employees, in preparation for its "go live" to migrate across to SAP, in 2014.MSS will continue to support Gold Fields with business coaches providing on-site post-go live support on all processes to help with a smooth transition from Oracle to SAP.
