Mr. Cohen has over 30 years' experience in management consulting for Federal, State and local government agencies, and private organizations. He directed more than 80 engagements in health, environmental, education, logistics, finance, and general government programs. Primary clients recently served are public sector organizations, especially Federal health agencies. Prior to forming his independent consulting practice, Mr. Cohen was a partner and/or vice president at several leading management consulting firms, including Booz Allen Hamilton, Macro International, and MAXIMUS, Inc. He began his consulting career as a senior analyst with CONSAD Research Corporation. Mr. Cohen holds an MBA in Finance from the George Washington University and a BSEE from the University of Pennsylvania.Mr. Cohen is a former Certified Management Consultant (CMC) Emeritus of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC). He served as President and Vice President, Programs of the IMC National Capital Region Chapter.
