As President and Principal Investigator I design and implement projects involving all phases of cultural resource field studies (preparation of research designs and treatment plans, performing records and collections research, and conducting surveys and excavations from small and simple to large and complex). I have managed project budgeting, staffing, subcontracting, agency coordination (e.g. City, County, State, Federal, Native American), permit approvals, and all aspects of research necessary. Major clients have included the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, Southern California Edison Company, AT&T, Contel of California, the Counties of Santa Barbara, Orange, and Riverside and numerous other private clients.

Management duties included staffing, budgeting, reporting to company officers and clients, and direct coordination with the California Native American Heritage Commission (NAHC) and Native American Most Likely Descendants. Key projects include the Intermountain Power Project (Great Basin - Utah to California) for the LA Department of Water and Power, the Bishop Creek (Owens Valley, California) Hydroelectric Project for Southern California Edison, and the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor for the County of Orange, to name a few.
