As a clinical psychotherapist, I have worked in many areas of service and support, including health care, academic and private settings, delivering the highest possible standard of care and support to guide clients from all backgrounds towards a better future and continual psychological and emotional wellbeing. I enjoy partnering with other professionals from different healthcare disciplines and service areas, working well as part of a team to create a comprehensive plan and support network for the often vulnerable individuals I work with. This has seen substantial, rewarding, ongoing engagement with large organisations, such as the Health Service Executive (HSE), Technology University of the Shannon (TUS) and The Men’s Development Network (MEND - Men Ending Domestic Violence). Having built a strong private practice, I have also made great efforts to provide the same professional support to the general public. Personal and professional development are key to how I operate, and I strive to remain up to date and involved with the current therapeutic methods and tools.
