Now Retired after working 50 years in the Meat Business.I enjoyed the Retail aspect of the business while at Hy-Vee and being named their first Director of Meat Operations, then moving to CUB Foods as their Meat and Deli Director, then on to Nash Finch overseeing their retail and wholesale meat operations before joining Farmland Foods. It was an honor working with AMI, FMI, NPB, NPPC as well as working with over 50 retail store groups in my time with Smithfield Farmland Foods in Sales and Marketing.
