I specialise in using consulting techniques to solve client problems, or to help them articulate, define and organise their requirements. I identify solutions or ways forward, based on business priorities to either solve problems, or to define better ways of delivering existing services and solutions. I also specialise in taking hard 'products' and wrapping services solutions around these, based upon multi-client requirements, to create 'repeatable' Service Solutions. I define the benefits of these Service Solutions in business terms, enabling construction of go-to-market and branding activities in terms which are meaningful to clients within the marketing picture.The Service Solution has coherent business benefits which can be used alongside individual client requirements during the engagement/sales cycle to accelerate the creation of product benefit cases and improving accuracy of cost savings projections. Specifying these in both contract and proposal materials.
