As Sales Chief of Staff, I regularly present to C-level executives reporting on development and sales progress. I directly report to the Sales SVP/Corporate Governance President in this current role. As Sales COS, I lead various directives amongst a 32 member sales organization that include profit improvement tracking, customer interaction, escalation mediation, forecasting, AR assistance, headcount and expense monitoring along with oversight support of Sales management. Additionally, I represent the voice of the customer through various communications to pertinent executive level individuals.

As Sr. Sales Manager over Tooling, Service and Prototype, I manage a staff of 5 with the objective of establishing structure and procedures where deficiencies exist. For example, my team and I have implemented procedures to fill a gap in tooling that has cost CK significant profitability over multiple years. My leading and steering of a cross functional team provided a process that allowed stakeholders to be involved, beginning with business award to final payment. This provided awareness to areas that were exceeding budgets within the company. Recently, I was made aware that my team will be nominated for the Executive Vice President Award due to its successes in identifying issues causing significant revenue loss for the company.

CKNA CEO/President requested that I lead a special project to add a 53k sq ft manufacturing facility to CKNA in Canton, MS. The addition was a $16.6M project and was CK's first US footprint expansion since 2013. Leading this project included business case analysis as to the validity of adding the facility in Canton, layout coordination, managing communication with local government agencies, obtaining Global CK and customer approvals, creating and monitoring master schedule and providing status updates to C-level executives.

Led staff and managed customer relations in multiple areas including CK's largest commodity account, $600M Cockpit module, along with Engine cooling, HVAC and Electronics. My oversight included a team in Mexico where communications and frequent travel was key to providing effectiveness and efficiency to these commodities. In 2012, I was selected to lead a joint CK/Customer process improvement team consisting of 20+ members over a 1 year period. Cost reduction was the focus but continuous improvement/competitiveness was the goal. The project was recognized as a mutual success for both CK and the Customer involved.
