As a Data Center Technician, I operate, monitor, measure, and attain Data Centers Service Level Commitments, and maintain facility appearance and integrity. I am responsible for providing assistance to customers and projects both internal and external. In order to ensure the data centers availability, business continuity (no disruption), and security for internal and external customers, I perform the following work:• Monitor and Operate DataCenters critical functions and facilities to meet or exceed Service Levels. • Monitor, correct, and report observed infractions of security policies and procedures.
