During that time I have been involved in a number of building projects including terraces, detached dwellings, a triplex and renovation projects which have provided me with a wide range of experience. In particular, my role at Greenstreet Homes has included tasks such as: - Project feasibilities, material takeoffs and project estimates- Liaising with engineers and councils to obtain building approvals- Design and drafting of detached dwellings - Management, co-ordination and all onsite supervision of subcontractors- Sales and marketing of house and land packages
