Current- Managing all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Overseeing site operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental protocols.
- Coordinating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate project progress and resolve issues.
- Conducting regular site inspections and quality audits to maintain high construction standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Implemention of risk management strategies to mitigate project risks and ensure successful project delivery.
- Creation of internal documentation including safe work method statements, rope access rescue plans, pre starts, work instructions, ITP criteria, and planned maintenance criteria.
