Achievements and responsibilities:- Management of invoicing requests communicated to the department, requested by Operations or Account Owners;- Creating invoicing formats within internal and external systems/portals to ensure customer profiles and billing templates are accurate based on customer requirements;- Utilising data analysis techniques to ensure the accuracy of data;- Proactively monitor technologies to identify potential errors before invoice creation, and make adjustments immediately;- Communicate directly with a variety of stakeholders in territories such as the USA, Europe and Middle East to resolve disputes whilst maintaining and enhancing relationships; - Implement internal controls when risks are identified;- Understand individual customer requirements in relation to Back Office System and Revenue Recognition e.g. GL Codes and VAT requirements; - Assure that customers, employees and Service Administration follow established processes and review/update process as required; - Work collaboratively to develop system improvements to account servicing, and take the lead in internal and external presentations when required;- Escalate when controls or invoicing concerns exist to Team Lead;- Analysing considerable amounts of data to ensure the accuracy of reported revenue and expenses;- Document Work Instructions, process flows and provide training and support to the supported OCG/Finance department.

Achievements and responsibilities:- Assisting in designing and implementing new procedures, letters and measures to meet the ever changing needs of the business and regulations- offering insights on how to increase productivity and profitability.- Uploading client settlement amounts onto the CRM system, then invoicing/chasing said clients for our fee.- Liaising with management on a daily basis to provide accurate figures and MI stats.- Referring cases to statutory bodies such as the Financial Ombudsman Service, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, and communicating with them directly on behalf of our clients.- Communicating with lenders, IVA supervisors and debt management companies on behalf of our clients.- Invoicing IVA supervisors and debt management companies if and when applicable.- Management of the physical cash collection (i.e. cheques), paying in said monies and updating the CRM system.- Facilitating the smooth running of the department by assisting with other areas of the business (i.e. admin related questions, IT problems).- De facto ‘Senior’ position within the administration department.- Excellent team player and warm beverage maker!
