Current Duties and Accomplishments include:• Responsible for customer interfaces o Reviewing customer specifications and ensuring nVent DC is in compliance o Setting up custom DC project configurations to align with project requirements in SharePoint and ensure they integrate with internal department procedures o Setting up remote interfaces with customer DC programs – Aconex, SharePoint, Coreworx, Documentum, etc. o Ensures customer satisfaction with nVent DC• Responsible for integrating DC processes into existing Engineering and Estimating software programs and establishing aligned standard work processes between all departments• Leads DC team which supports Estimating, Engineering, and Project Execution for 4 U.S. offices and large construction sites• Manages Exempt / non-exempt employees.
