Having trained as a Chartered Surveyor after leaving Leicester Polytechnic I have worked within the office and commercial property refurbishment industry for a number of years. I have gained valuable experience from being a tea boy to becoming a Director and business owner. I have worked in association with and/or employed by partnerships and Corporate organisations and have been responsible for all aspects of commercial refurbishment including but not limited to;- Independent interior design- Space planning- Survey and design drawings- Cost analysis/appraisal and estimating- Development of operation- Health and safety- Project management ( from £100 projects to £1 million projects)I am now working independently to provide both contractors and end users simple descriptive work schedules that produce a level playing field considering fairness and value for money for refurbishment projects.
