Mike Eber is a partner with Caplan Cobb LLC in Atlanta. He serves as trial and appellate counsel in complex business disputes and class actions. Mike represents both plaintiffs and defendants in arbitration, mediation, and state and federal courts.Mike’s work has been covered by news outlets such as the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Law360, ProPublica, and the Fulton County Daily Report. Mike has been named a Georgia Super Lawyer in Business Litigation and Appellate Practice.
