-Lead technician in the dry film, photo-lithography department at printed circuit board manufacturer. -Main duties included prioritized incoming work orders. -Supervised three team members, while coordinated with the engineering department to ensure the timely production of drill boards. -Personal responsibility consisted of following sets of customer specific protocols for the alignment of dry film on the laminated copper drill board to be set in a photo-imager to be exposed to UV radiation for the purpose of creating the printed circuit boards.
