• Live Event Escalation Support • Update Control Room Standard operating procedures documents as needed • Maintain a professional relationship with Associate Director, Digital Media Production Manager • Preserve a Collaborative Relationships with Program Attorneys, Program Coordinators and Digital Media Specialist • Cultivate a collaborative relationship within the department, and maintain a relationship with engineers and vendors

Technical Direct webcast seminars, via a NewTek TC1 Tricaster controlling robotic cameras. Route presentation material to in room LCD'S with a Crestron touch screen router.Audio Technician mix live show, communicating with floor manager for best sound in the room. Launch Video Conferencing, Zoom Video Conferencing & Audio Conferencing as needed for remote participants. Load presentation material for the faculty, and monitor inbox for any last minute changes Video operator sync and record seminar, logs metadata live and create sub-clips for ingest for On-Demand video products Floor Manager sits in on live event insuring a seamless production

• Provide technical directions to studio personnel during live broadcasts.• Edit broadcast material, proficient with FCP.• Adjusted video and audio levels while on the air, maintaining legal and aesthetic levels.• Set up and operate robotic cameras, Portable RF transmission equipment in the field.• Instruct trainees on the proper care and use of television equipment. • Produce educational and training programs by as selecting equipment and preparing scripts.

• Direct technical, aspects of press conferences, seminars, panel discussions, and live meetings and other productions, checking and switching between video sources and taking responsibility for the on – air products, including audio, camera shots, and graphics. • Cameraman, Video Conferencing and Audio Conferencing tech, event production, trouble shoot equipment for events and break down once project is completed

• Operate master control equipment and monitor broadcast signals for Ion, Ion Life, Qubo, Shop TV, and QVC.• Take transmitter readings, record satellite feeds, and dubbing commercial spots.• Report any issues to QA, PSIP monitoring compare logs to playlist for accuracy.• Knowledge of EAS procedures, and ensure station operates within FCC regulations

• Ability to interact with all areas of production to maximize resources and ensure a quality, seamless production in a changing, fast-paced, live studio environment.• Knowledge of video testing methodologies and SMPTE standards, utilizing waveform monitors and vector-scopes.• Routing transmission, perform quality control of live & tapped broadcasts in order to ensure that programs conform to station /network policies and regulations, discrepancy log• Ability to troubleshoot audio, video, and intercom systems, operate switcher, still store, robotic cameras, test equipment and clearly communicate technical problems to engineering Dept.• Support operations of studio productions from live control room by acting as quality control person for incoming remote feeds, video processing and aspect ratio conversion.

• Collaborate with management to define production requirements • Critique framing and robotic camera to meet director’s needs, discrepancy log• Experience with routers, switchers, and graphics generator, SSL audio and RTS Intercom systems.• Video Production Standards proficiencies (e.g., Streaming video, H.320, H.323, H.264, MPEG 1, 2, 4, QuickTime, Flash video, Video Media Players, Windows media).• Shaded and color matched Sony, Ikegami, and BTS cameras. • Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressure environment• Schedule and develop preventative maintenance programs
