-Provide expertise with treatment and fracturing fluids during stimulation while managing operational changes-Ensure HS&E standards and SOPs for contractors and operator are followed while promoting safety culture-Monitor and record data along with well parameters to provide accurate and thorough post stimulation reports

•Technical sales for South Texas, Louisiana, and Permian Basin•Deliver recommendations and RFPs to correct flow assurance issues including MIC, paraffin, and scale•Provide post-job report for customers after chloride dioxide treatments•Monitor, record, and transfer data for wells that used Sorb flow assurance technology•Collect wellhead samples & perform field chemistry testing

•Lead 35+ team members while ensuring they meet Baker Hughes HS&E & QA/QC requirements•Collaborate with HS&E team during incident reviews for stimulation PSL•Manage bonuses, raises, promotions & monitor hours for all team members•Represent the San Antonio Engineering Department at district and region meetings•Supervise projects and delegate tasks to ensure safety, quality, and profitability•Coordinate with Operations, Sales, & Supply Chain to prepare personnel, products, and equipment•Technical consultant and primary technical contact for customers at the district level•Provide proposals for single and multi-stage stimulation treatments

•Schedule 15+ engineers and 20+ operators in the San Antonio engineering department•Simulate Cement and Stimulation projects using software and generate proposals based on designs•Train & mentor 10+ engineers during San Antonio yard expansion from 1 to 5 fracturing fleets•Ensure QA/QC for fracturing fluids, proppants, and cements meet BHI and customer standards•Act as primary contact between customer representative and BHI for stimulation activities•Conduct pre-job planning, on-site/on-the-fly job changes, and post-job analysis of stimulation work•Provide real-time analysis through diagnostic testing•Complete chemical disclosures and submit to the FracFocus database
