• Oversaw randomized control trials of three interventions designed to improve health and economic status in rural Rajasthan, India, including managing a team of more than 50 people.
• Analyzed panel dataset of 25,000 residents to explore causal effects and determinants of behavior for health and education programs.
• Managed aspects of all phases of field research: designed and field tested survey instruments, hired, trained and supervised both surveyors and in-house data entry staff and cleaned large panel datasets.
