I am a Software Engineer with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science - Distributed Systems and a minor in Biochemistry. I have experience with and proficiency in Java, Python, and JavaScript as well as exposure to C / C++, Pascal, Bash, SQL, HTML, CSS, and more. I have had academic exposure to Databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4J, and Redis. I have used a variety of Integrated Development Environments like VS Code, IntelliJ, Eclipse, and Xcode. I have worked on Linux as well as Windows for development. Additionally, I have a solid foundation in using various development tools like Git, Maven, JIRA, and Docker. I even have had professional experience using Cloud technologies like Google Cloud Platform.I have experience from a software developer internship at PTC OnShape - a cloud-native CAD (Computer Aided Design) software company. Java, C++, Git, JIRA, Eclipse, and others were technologies I needed to fulfill this role. I additionally have professional experience in Data / Software Engineering from a contract role at the M & D Door Hardware company.
