Programme being delivered out of Africa by leading scientific institute.• Delivery of a £2.5m global digital transformation programme for a world-leading pharmaceutical organisation.• Led programme teams of up to 35 internal and external resources delivering digital transformation initiatives.• Line management responsibility for staff within the programme management department.

Collision Management Systems focuses on the development of industry-leading vehicle crash detection software, utilising science-led Research and Development (R&D) programmes to drive technology development.• Initiated and led a business transformation programme to transition the organisation from a high-price hardware and software provider, to a low-price Software as a Service provider. Change programme enabled the business to reduce end-user license pricing by over 500% and allow the business to pursue high-volume licensing contracts.• Delivered change management programme to move the organisation from a Waterfall to an Agile delivery methodology. Product updates released every 4-6 weeks, whereas historically they were delivered bi-annually. Supported rapid improvement in product performance, increasing product accuracy from 22% to 98% in 18 months.• Bid managed a £2.6m application to Innovate UK to deliver R&D programmes in partnership with the University of Bristol Astrophysics department.• Key member of the senior management team responsible for developing board reports and presenting at board and investor meetings.• Instrumental in supporting the business to secure three rounds of growth funding.

Floream is the UK’s largest online Business College and one of the UK’s leading providers of distance learning managing over 25,000 students per year.• Programme and commercial lead for the development of an international online learning platform for elite athletes delivered in partnership with the International Olympics Committee (IOC). Partnered with academic contributors across the world to collate and convert educational content into digital learning courses. Multi-lingual platform delivered across mobile (Android and iOS), Moodle and web. Initiative led by Sir Clive Woodward.• Programme and commercial lead for the creation of a 5 year, £15m partnership with the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing. Led key aspects of the commercial workstream, such as pricing and IP ownership, as well as creating the Target Operating Model for the combined business venture.• Successfully delivered a £1.5m early-stage investment programme to create a leading-edge mobile learning platform (Android and iOS) transforming online and paper-based education courses into mobile first products. Led investor discussions and secured capital funding to launch the business venture in the UK and India.

Claims Broker employed 50 staff managing a client portfolio worth £15m.• Placed into the business in the role of Managing Director at a time when the business was failing. Responsible for all commercial, finance and strategy aspects of the business.• Delivered business-wide change programme with a focus on improving revenue generation and process efficiency.• Transformation initiatives delivered over a 6-8 week period improved monthly revenue generation from £195,000 to £1.3m.• Transformation activities included organisation structure redesign, business process reengineering and fundamental changes in partner engagement and payment processes.• Business turnaround enabled Claims Broker to complete a trade sale and deliver a 15% return on capital for investors.

Contract closed in 6 weeks, £5m capital secured from investors to support contract transition.Senior Technical Project Manager - Healthcare• PET/ CT South Programme Manager, delivered leading-edge cancer scanning solution for the South of England - £6m TCV. Managed technical team of 15 resources delivering infrastructure, applications and clinical systems integration. Solution integrated into 50 NHS hospitals in the South of England, diagnosing 250,000 patients. • London Diagnostics Scheme Technical Project Manager - £15m TCV. Managed technical team of 25 resources to design, deliver and support the London Diagnostics service. Solution successfully diagnosed over 1m patients in London. Range of improvement projects delivered between £5,000 and £500,000 in value. Scheme reduced diagnostic wait times by 400% and delivery cost by 50%, compared to the existing NHS service.• Project lead to implement a finance workflow management solution for leading private hospital group.
