In my Managerial roles, my main responsibilities included overseeing a group of employees or team members to assure we complete all daily, weekly and monthly goals. All Customer Service roles centered around customer satisfaction and providing a positive experience. My Communication Skills have become incredibly strong due to my experience working as both a team leader and team player. Learning to understand the needs of the customer and being able to provide quality service beyond their expectations is a skill I possess. I find myself naturally drawn to leadership roles. I’m a self-starter who can clearly delegate responsibilities and assure the completion of all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
