In charge of managing the Company’s tax affairs in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Covering income tax compliance, tax accounting, GST and FBT.

*Temporarily demoted from Manager to Senior as a result of a permanent relocation to Sydney. Providing tax advice concerning international tax and Australian tax issues, whilst mainly focusing on tax planning, and structuring of inbound activities.

Provide tax advisory and planning services to multinational corporations. This includes:1. Providing tax advice, as well as preparing excel models, covering various aspects of international transactions, in-bound/out-bound investments and planning corporate re-organizations. 2. Preparing memorandums, and conducting tax research regarding tax conventions’ interpretations, foreign jurisdictions’ tax regimes and Israeli tax law. 3. Assisting multinationals in day-to-day issuing of certificates from the local tax authorities and representing them during tax audits and during assessment procedures. In addition, I write bimonthly articles to an Israeli professional newsletter on the latest developments in the international tax arena, focusing on newly published court decisions from foreign jurisdictions.Currently nominated by the head of the department to undertake a Deloitte “Young Leadership Program” course intended to train employees designated to become managers in the near future.

Practiced in civil and tax litigation, and gained experience in: (1) Legal research, preparation of memorandums and legal opinions; (2) Legal writing (i.e. court documents); (3) Delivering lectures on tax issues to the firm’s staff (4) Daily conduct with clients and the tax authorities.
