A respected senior health care industry expert with nearly 25 years of experience, Mike Edwin serves in the role of Senior Consultant – Religious and Senior Living Markets for Hoffman. In addition to cultivating new relationships and fostering existing ones, Mike provides enhanced services to Hoffman religious and senior living clients, primarily organizational and market needs assessments. For the past 15+ years, Mike was a consistent business partner and collaborator with Hoffman on numerous projects in the religious and senior living markets, serving as a senior living consultant and analyst in health care senior services. Mike’s unique consulting skill set features a background in community and facility assessments, market research data collection and analysis, and strategic planning and board education, among other talents. Prior to joining Hoffman, Mike served as Director at Baker Tilly, a national top ten advisory tax and assurance firm, and held numerous positions in the health care practice with Wipfli, including Senior Consultant, Manager, and Director. Mike’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Economics and Management from Minnesota State University in Mankato and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Edgewood College in Madison. Additionally, Mike is certified in management and quality improvement.
